Recipe for Raspberry-Cocktail


  • 100 g raspberries
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 100 ml mineral water

Preparation: Purée raspberries, add natural yoghurt and lemon juice. Pour into a tall glass, add Kaiserwasser and stir. Pin some raspberries onto one half of a skewer and dip the other half into natural yoghurt. Put across top of glass.
