Lemon-Juice

• juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tbsp honey
• 100 ml kefir
• 100 ml Kaiserwasser
• 1 slice of lemon, untreated

Preparation: Put lemon juice and honey in a glass. Add kefir and mix well until honey is dissolved. Fill up glass with ’Kaiserwasser’ and decorate with a slice of lemon. Ready!
